Toad, here you go
As Bob noted, JD parts may not be made in USA. Seals I got for my 110 tranny were marked made in Mexico. At least if there had been an issue I could go back to dealer and complain & hopefully get...
Here's link from earlier this year about surging issue on the Onans. It may or may not help you with your issue....
Supposedly is good down to -35 deg.F. Doesn't eat rims like calcium chloride. Environmental friendly.
There's a link for dealers on their website.
Isn't that the always the case. Our garage started out as a 2-1/2 car. Now with shelving, cabinets, pantry that was added, & my son's Hot rod Ranger there's only room for one car now. The horse barn...
Can't help you with varnish, but you should be able to get parts from dealer. Good luck with it and got any pictures? We like pics!
Glad it worked out. If I see one around my area cheap I may grab it just in case.
Nice! Good luck on getting it back in shape.
Congratulations! Now you have to get us all copies!!!!!
Thanks Skwirl for posting. Saves me looking for my pictures. :good:

Update....Retorqued the head bolts on Saturday. Started it up and had a scare. Saw some smoke coming out by the #7 head bolt. :unkown: Turned out to be a leak in the muffler connection to exhaust. I...
It was working hard, but not that hard. The 8HP Kohler was chugging at times as the snow was a little heavy, but taking half swipes was the key.
Some shots before starting blowing this morning...
6-8" so far on top of the 2" last night. Still snowing and supposed to go to tomorrow morning. The 110 and 37A did well on the heavy snow. Might have to go back out before going to bed.
Snow day!!! Got about 2" of sleet/snow yesterday. Blew that off late last night, but no pictures. Calling for 4-8" today and 2-4" tonight. Here's looking out dining room window.
Nice work! Looking forward to seeing it work.
Looks good! Good luck and enjoy!
Ready for the 12+ we're supposed to get Sunday into Monday.
Or you may need new primary and secondary belts. When's the last time they were changed?
I was taught to re- torque cold also. I have only had it running a minute or two the two times I had started it. I am gonna give a run around later today or tomorrow and then re-torque it. Just got...
Got it back together Wednesday night. Started right up after a jump start and ran it for a few minutes. Sounded good, throttled up and down fine. Will run it around this weekend in between putting up...
Happy Thanksgiving to all!
