It is in tractordata under gilson. If I was going to aquire a monkey ward it would be the hydro. I do not like the varidrive much. Hydro 16 means hydrostatic transmission and 16hp engine.

Did you look at the 2182 in person? If so is it in good shape?

I have a Wards 16 almost identical to that here in Colorado. I wish mine was a hydro. Bought mine in running condition several years ago with the rototiller and a Haban sickle mower for $400.00. I mostly wanted it for the sickle mower so I could transfer it to one of my GREEN tractors, hasn't happened yet. I've seen the Haban sickle mower selling on Ebay for $700.00 -800.00. Sickle mower works great but little tractor is pretty well worn but that mower can cut big weeds and tree saplings up to about an inch. I've never even tried the rototiller, I guess I should try and sell it. Gilson made some tough little tractors. I just don't care for the carburetor on the Briggs engine. Ok, there's my two cents worth. The old Wards is a little lonely among my 6 John Deeres. Steve
