    MY ford 841

    Nice. I'm not that familiar with the Ford tractors - I'm more into the John Deeres and the older Farmalls. I have two Farmall Cubs, a '47 and a '50, and a '44 Farmall B with loader. Of course, I know a little about the Ford N series, but then again, very little. I just know I see them everywhere and I know of a few people who have one or had one.

    I like the John Deere's better but I could not pass up a 62HP tractor for $900

    Nice! for $600, you can't go wrong. Hopefully it needs little/minor work to get it functioning properly. My dad had the older 8N & 9Ns and they were good tractors for small work on the farm. Good luck with it.

    it has been sitting for a few years I'm gonna compression test it this after noon it needs a spark plug.....that's what I found so far.

    I did a little work on my tractor to day, cylinder 1 has 150lbs of compression, Cyl 2 has 140 Cyl 3 has 150 Cyl 4 has 130. all the lights work, It will crank over but I half to jump the solenoid, I also got a new spark plug.

    My family has a 54 Jubliee, bought new by my grandpa.
