I would like to see a 3ph on a 112. I would think that a lift bar would function better than 140/300 hydraulic hitch. I have a 112 SF with electric lift and a 300 3ph lift mounting bracket. This winter I may need to see what I can make with that.

The 112 doesn't have a cutout in the back of the fenderdeck like a 140 has, so I doubt a factory 3 point from a 140/317 would work without cutting the fenderdeck. Guys have done custom fabrications of 3 points that do work.

On another tractor I have the Peerless 4 speed. It's a very nice transmission. I believe the '69 has that looking at the shift pattern. I have sleeve hitch stuff now. But a cat0 sleeve hitch adapter is inexpensive and opens things up.

Any pictures of the cutouts? Seems like a hole saw and sawsall could do the trick?

How much you want to spend? on this project?
Gear drive tranny or hydro tranny?
112 is gear drive, and if it like the 214 I had the lift rod to the back is on the left side, for tiller.
140 lift rod is on the right side.

what stuff due you have to use with the 3 point?
or plan to in the future?

I ended up getting a low hours 420.

It has 3 point and some ag tires.

But it needs a little adjustments. When you push the brakes it tries to move the hydro to center but it doesn't very well. (It only moves it a smidgen in the desired direction.) The parking brake doesn't seem to do anything, does that lock the pedal forward?

The seat U spring mounts, I would like to move the seat farther back. Are there after market seat springs?

The rabbit/turtle switch seems stuck in rabbit mode. Is there a trick to move it?

The previous owner never used the 3 point, so a ball joint is frozen. I sprayed with penetrating oil, but perhaps heat will coax it?

You made a good choice. As for the speed select. Push the lever down and then over.

Agreed you made a good choice. I was about to recommend a 425/445 or 455. Ruegg makes Cat 0, Cat 1 or a combo Cat 0/1. Just ordered mine last week. Good luck and enjoy.
