Finally got the 1970 120 down off the shelf and after giving it a much needed bath, I took some time to polish it and wax it. This tractor is all original with the exception of the previous owner swapping out the original 12hp for a 14hp and me adding the original Motorola John Deere AM radio. Cleaned the tires and reinstalled the hubcaps. No all that's left to do is repaint the front and rear rims.

Just looked at this thread again...photos appear to be loading right today. Sweet! Nice work...now if you get bored you can always take a scenic drive south and spit/polish my 212, 322 and 430...just bring your sunscreen and I'll supply the tasty beverages. Where praytell did you find that way cool JD AM radio? Not quite an original walkman but very cool...I remember when my sister talked my dad into spending a whopping $12 for a portable 9V AM radio...man was she happy!

Wow, she's a beauty! The radio and hub caps really finish it off well.

I would be proud to have one of those. Now only if the wife would agree.
