Hey Guys,

I recently bought a rear 140 pto cover and found that is has a Warning Decal on it that looks like it is an authentic factory decal. The print is black on a silver background. It warns you of the rotating pto under the fender and to keep your hands away while the tractor is running. I was wondering if anybody on here has ever seen these decals, as this is the first one I've ever seen?

I'm no good at re-sizing pictures, or else I would post a picture of the cover and decal. If I can get verification as to being authentic, I will gladly check into getting some reproduced.

JD parts does not show a decal for back there.

I do believe I have seen one on some tractors, might have been something the dealer added.

There were the OPEI decals, I think I have seen them on decks:

That's it K B! Mine is exactly like that, and just about the same condition. I talked to another fellow collector last night, and he actually gave me a part number for this decal. I haven't checked with Deere to see if it's still available yet, but I have checked with my local decal company, and they will reproduce one to see how it turns out. Not sure what he'll charge me, but I'll keep you posted as soon as I pick it up.

Thanks for the help!

Ran the part number through Deere, M46324, and it comes up as no longer available. This decal is listed under the 30 Tiller parts diagram. My decal guy has one ready, and told me it turned out nice and is ready for my approval.

I'll take a picture of the decal tonight if it's suitable, so if you are interested in seeing it, just contact me through my email address listed on my profile page, and I'll send you the snap shot.
