I need to paint the 8hp in my 110. Would the engine in a 1970 110 be green or black? What do you recommend for paint? Do I need Hi temp?

In early 1969, or at the end of the 1968 run they quit painting motors and assorted other parts green. Those items went to Blitz Black, a JD colour. I painted my 1969 Kohler AG green because I liked the look better. Other things that changed were, and this isn't by any means a complete list; seat pans, gas tanks, 80 cart frames, front axles, grills, that's all I can think of right now. I rattle canned the engine with JD AG Green, and have not had an issue with heat yet.
