212 Point's cover removal

I have an LT 150 that all the sudden the steering has locked up.
I began by removing the deck,removing the battery and the two linkages that go to the front wheels and the steering wheel will still not spin unless forced.I safely jacked up the front of the tractor and have a good view of the teeth and steering gear,everything looks good ??? any help will be appreciated..

I have a lt150 that when I put it in reverse it will
not come out and go forward even though gear shift is in forward any ideas? Thanks
