I broke the clip that keeps the PTO guard from moving. Not sure what the part is called but I stole a photo from coinman66 on Garden Tractor Talk that shows the part I broke.
any one have a part number or an idea on how to fix this?

The little clip is just to keep the arm from sliding back. Easiest fix is to replace the whole arm, but not everybody has parts tractors lying around. One possible repair would be to drill or grind off the rivet and bolt a small flat piece of steel to block movement.

If you drill and tap for a bolt, just use the blue loctite to help hold bolt in place while using. It will be easy enough to remove if needed to.

If you thread the arm you could put a jam nut on the back and it would hold it still and you could adjust how hard the clip is to move.
