Can anyone tell me if I have the right rod I think the one I have came off a 140 and it doesn't seem to fit the 300 too well. If anyone has a picture of one for a 300 I would like to see a picture of it. Or if anyone has one for a 300 and needs one for a 140 I would be willing to trade.

Thanks,
Eric

Thanks doug. Do you have a single or double levers on your 300? Where does the back of your lock out bar connect to? I thought I read somewhere that the lockout rod was used on single lever machines. My plow seems to be a little slow side to side.

Eric,
My 300 has two levers.
The outside lever operates the side-to-side cylinder of my blade as well as the rock shaft cylinder.
The lockout rod prevents the movement of the rock shaft cylinder, thus speeding up the side-to-side cylinder movement and it also helps to keep the angle of the blade where you want it.
Both the front and rear bolts on my lockout piece of steel are visible in the photo.
