When I got my 318, I cleaned up the frame and painted it black. Now that I've used it a bit now, and noticed rust dust working it's way out of the splined area of the top of the left spindle. I tightened up the nut about a half turn. How tight is that supposed to be? How concerned should I be? I've seen some posts of people saying the splines wear out.
