I tried looking it up last night and JDParts.com does not show the bolts that attach the axles to the frame. They show only the bolts that attach the axle housings to the differential.I looked a couple other places, but couldn't find the axle to frame bolts anywhere. Any body finds them, let us know where you found them.

The hitch plate and the 3 pt brackets use a 5/8 by 1 1/4 bolt going into the bottom of the housing.

But you are correct, the diagram for the housing only shows the bolts going into the differential. And this is true of the 330 and 420 also.

I have not taken the rear axle off so I don't have that intimate knowledge of the bolts.

Cliff, that size makes sense. The bolts aren't holding weight like the rear 3 PT. But I find it interesting how John Deere puts the section together. Like the top drive shaft on a rear pump 30 tiller is included with the electric clutch and not with the exploded view showing the pulley. There are several more like this I find amusing wondering who did it.
