Just had a valve seat put in at the machine shop, they went ahead and cleaned up the other valves and seats. I installed them, gapped .005 intake .013 in exhaust. Runs a little funny when I first start it up.... Smooth then it breaks up a little, then smooth. Begins to run real smooth after its warms up. What is the proper way to break them in? And for how long?

Hello Jay
It should Not be running rough in any stage of the engine running. I would re-set the valve lash it is Far better to leave them a Little Loose than Too Tight. A Loose Valve gap setting will gain you More Power than One set Too Tight. Regards, Kurt
