Anyone know of a source for just one of the headlight sockets? I am sure it is a generic auto twist and turn socket, not something specially made for just Deere. I have gone to a couple of sites and found a Ford part that is close, but not quite. One of my headlights doesn't work and I have continuity to each of the contacts, but when I put a new bulb in, Nothing! Something in the socket is not allowing contact. Deere wants $56.00 for a new wiring harness.

I just had the same problem with my right most headlight on my 420. I believe vibration ultimately led the wire to break right at the point of crimp. I wound up removing the center conductor from the socket (by using a pair of needle nose pliers against the rear of the terminal and giving it a whack. this cause it to come out of the front of the socket) I soldered a pig tail piece of wire to the back of the terminal. Next I put the center conductor back into the socket and connected my pig tail. It solved my problem.

There might be some used one's out there from those of us that upgraded to the LEDs that someone is making-in small amounts.
