I want to replace the radiator cap on my 332 as it is cracked . The JD replacement is AM105793 and is around 30 bucks . Local auto parts stores I can get jobber price of 7 bucks .

In the past on a 330 I used a Murray 7616 which is a 16 psi rated cap . It seemed to work fine with no apparent issues . But I think I came across a website in the past ( maybe here ? ) that said the original cap is rated 13 psi . Anyone know if the original is 13 ?

Per the specs in the CTM for the 332-
Cap Valve Opening Pressure . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 97 kPa (14 psi)

My 430 has a 14 psi cap from John Deere also.

Tractor supply sells a John Deere radiator cap that is 13psi for 10 bucks.

I've been using the ACDelco PN: 10409635; 15psi cap on my 332 with no issues. I personally prefer caps with two o-rings, which this one has.

I went to O'Reilly's Auto Parts and bought a Murray # 7616 cap . Rated 16 psi and has two gaskets .
