40 Blade Serial Numer Tag

My son is in the process of restoring his 1971 70 lawn tractor, and just received a 40 blade for his birthday. Unfortunately the serial number tag on the blade has been sandblasted. Can someone please post a picture of their aluminum tag so that I can restore my son's tag back to being somewhat original? I'd appreciate any and all help.

Below is a photo of an aluminum tag off of a model 34 rotary mower. Obviously the type code will be different but you can at least see the correct color scheme.
