Well I have noticed that the steering is very tight turning left and easy turning right. When I turn quickly is when I really notice it and if I turn very slowly it is not as noticeable. Any thoughts?
Hendrik,
Has this problem just appeared, or is this a new-to-you tractor? First, try exercising the three implement control levers to be sure none of the spools are stuck open. If the problem is not solved, the steering control valve (lower left side) likely has corrosion in the front end or a broken spring.
Harold
This is a new to me tractor. I bought it with a blown engine and just put in a kohler repower. I have checked the controls and does not seem to be stuck. I will have to check the steering control valve.
Thanks
