Hello,

I am going to redo a 60 inch 420 deck. I need some parts and wanted know if the 50 inch deck used the same spindles and mounts and pulleys as the 60 inch deck did. That way I could just swap parts and would not limit my parts search.

Jason welcome to WFM. You can go to www.jdparts.com and get into the JD manuals. If you look up the decks and their spindles you can see if the spindles are the same part number or not. That is a very good site to bookmark and will give easy answers to your questions.
