Back in December, you all helped me with a problem that ended up being a short in the wire between coil and the points.
So when it started acting up again, I knew exactly where to look. Apparently, in my reassembly of the heat shield that goes over the exhaust runner and intake runner, I pinched that same wire and, after many good runs between December and now, it wore through the insulation on the wire.

Does anyone know what the correct routing path for the wire is suppose to be? Seems like I have too much wire for one thing. But, what SEEMS to be the correct path looks very close to the exhaust runner.

Got the photo, Bob. Thanks. That's the route I ended up doing as well. Though I think I go in and add the plastic conduit to help protect the wire. Good idea.
