My 430 sometimes idles rough. Sounds like its running on 2 cylinders. It starts really good even in the dead of winter. I've replaced all fuel and return lines. The first injector (towards front of tractor) I have to turn it twice as far to get fuel to spit out. Even then it doesn't spit out as much as the other 2. Also it doesn't change if I crack it. If I crack the middle injector it idles fine but as soon as I speed it up and idle it back down I have to crack the middle one for it to smooth out. It's not bad motor doesn't shake but I want it fixed. I hope I don't need injector pump rebuilt. Please help me I'm getting tired of messing with it lol Thanks for the help.

if you have to crack the middle one, sounds like that injector is popping early. you need to send them out to have them pressure and spray tested

I agree with Knotty. The injectors on the older injection pump/injector systems were the first part to have issues and normally the nozzles. Water in the fuel is the biggest issue as it flast explods with the heat of the cylinder and wears the holes out larger so a fine mist turns into a stream of fuel. The springs-they get weak/rusty as well with time.
