When I move the hydro speed lever to 100% it falls back to 75%. I then have to hold it to keep it at full speed. It takes some force to keep it there. Has anyone had this problem? Please advise.

there is a friction disk behind the lever that you can tighten up I think

I found the disk. Its the pressure required to hold it there that I'm concerned about.

if really hard to move check your dampner to see if its to hard to move or lost pressure

The dampener just slows your hand down so things are jerky. The friction disk is what holds it tight and in one spot. If you have enough load on the hydro it does want to pull back the lever if there isn't enough pressure.
