Belt is the right #, if the routing is correct the spring or where the spring connects to might be an issue. Another is pulley size, if someone swapped smaller pullies onto this deck.

I have been wrong a few times in the past, and might be again, but those outside pullies look small to me. Maybe it's just camera angle.
