When I repair screwed up hood hinge holes I grind the inside of the hood down, put masking tape over the holes on the outside. Then lay 3 layers of fiber glass material. Smooth up the repair on the inside and re-drill the holes.

Tim, If you're talking about the hinge pins themselves put a few spots of weld in the worn area and grind it back to shape. On the hole for the hood supports you could tack weld a washer of the proper size to the inside of the support. I repaired my pins this way, but my hood supports were not too bad and left them alone.
