Just great! Headed out to blow snow today. About 200 feet in and I lose the hydraulics. The driven pully has unthreaded from the crank and buggered up the threads on both the shaft and pulley. Can anyone tell me what the thread size is for the flywheel side of the crankshaft?
Thanks!
More snow comin'

Does the end of the crank have a tapped hole or external threads?

External Threads-5/8”-16
Internal Threads 3/8”-16 (I believe?)

Ok,

I think it is 5/8" -18 thread pitch not 5/8"-16 as I stated earlier.
Good luck!

Are the threads farther down okay, or at least better? You could try cutting a nut in half, put both halves on the threads, clamp them with a vise-grip or similar, and maybe get a bit of threads as you turn the nut off. It might help to start the die straight. I hope my description makes sense

I had the same thought, mechanic at work didn't like the idea. Cannot find a die locally. So will go with the cut nut plan.
