What is involved to install headlights just like they did from the factory? I know it requires drilling 2 holes in the front "grill". Is there a template? How do the lights attach? What lights to use?

Thanks

Hi Mike. I have a PDF file of the instructions Here and what is probably a clearer version that I scanned Here. As you can see, there is no template as JD used a different front "grill" panel that had the holes already in it and studs for mounting the lights. They used the same light bulbs and rings as the 68-74 110-140 tractors system. For the rear tail light, is is a single unit the same as 110-140 tractors. Other than the holes and mounting studs though, the front "grill" is the same. They also called out using a different decal, but the only difference there is that it already had the holes punched in, so you can use the normal non-headlight decal and cut the holes in after putting it on. All that being said, one could make their own panel out of a normal one fairly easily I think with some fabrication.

Sounds easy enough. Does anyone have a headlight panel off that they could post a picture of the backside showing the holes and studs?

Thanks
