Here. As you can see, there is no template as JD used a different front "grill" panel that had the holes already in it and studs for mounting the lights. They used the same light bulbs and rings as the 68-74 110-140 tractors system. For the rear tail light, is is a single unit the same as 110-140 tractors. Other than the holes and mounting studs though, the front "grill" is the same. They also called out using a different decal, but the only difference there is that it already had the holes punched in, so you can use the normal non-headlight decal and cut the holes in after putting it on. All that being said, one could make their own panel out of a normal one fairly easily I think with some fabrication.
