I purchased the All American Sharpener 5005 a couple of years ago. I purchased it for the same reasons you’re looking into one. I am very pleased with it and am glad I made the decision. I recommend viewing their operating videos before first use. I use it for both John Deere 54 blades and Exmark blades. I mow 3.5 Acres, sharpening blades is now a breeze. I have also seen the Chinese knock offs of this design on amazon. They are way cheaper, but it really annoys me the way they outright steal and copy designs that others put so much work into developing. A lot of them even use pictures and the instructions straight from All American Sharpener. I just can't bring my self to support that.
Let me know what you guys think.
