I have always used my angle grinder to sharpen my blades, but it is difficult to get the angle correct. I have been looking at the All American Shapener model 5005. I think looks like a great concept and appears it would work very well. Does anyone have one, or have used one? I would love some feedback.
I'm looking at the model 5005 as it has the most adjustment for different styles of blades.

I have also seen the Chinese knock offs of this design on amazon. They are way cheaper, but it really annoys me the way they outright steal and copy designs that others put so much work into developing. A lot of them even use pictures and the instructions straight from All American Sharpener. I just can't bring my self to support that.

Let me know what you guys think.
I purchased the All American Sharpener 5005 a couple of years ago. I purchased it for the same reasons you’re looking into one. I am very pleased with it and am glad I made the decision. I recommend viewing their operating videos before first use. I use it for both John Deere 54 blades and Exmark blades. I mow 3.5 Acres, sharpening blades is now a breeze. I have found their customer support to be excellent. No, I do not work for them, just happy with the product.
