Earlier this spring my local JD dealer called and asked if I would be interested in a 430 he had got traded in, I said no cause I thought he'd want a more than normal price, He then told me they were going to take it to the salvageyard
cause they weren't going to put any money in it .
After I heard that I went to look at it and yeah it was rough but way better then to scrap. This is what it looks like after I got done with it.

Forgot to add it has all L.E.D. lights all the way around, going to make it my plow tractor for garden tractor plow days

Nice machine, more pictures. Curious as to why and/or how you did the exhaust differently. Also, I would like to do L.E.D.'s on my 430. Need some guidance, parts, etc.

The only pic I took was of the hood before I started repairing it. The rear taillights I welded the holes shut and recut to fit the LED,s
and the exhaust is straight piped out the side,

That thing looks great.It's cool when you bring a tractor back from the dead. It gives you an excuse to do those cool little modifications that you wouldn't otherwise do.

the headlights can be bought from Tractor LED LLC
they are around $120 bucks and very well worth it
