I just did mine on a 214 last weekend. They looked OK on top but I had 2 with broken ears. The bottoms looked like yours when I got them out. Glad I changed them. $72 with shipping on Ebay for all 4.

Looked underneath at the front mounts today and they are toast. So i will replace all 4. View attachment 288303

There should have been large washers underneath, to help spread the upward force of the bounce. Yes, those mounts should be replaced, but it would be good to get those washers.

On the 300, 313, 317 hydrostatic tractors that use the same mount, Jdparts does show a 13/32" X 1-3/4" X 7/64 washer underneath, but I can't see it on the 200 series tractors, so maybe they didn't have it.
