For those of you who have built a sleeve hitch, what did you use to cut the pieces to size....plasma cutter, jigsaw, bandsaw, shear??? I want the pieces to be correct so just want to know your thoughts.

I took the plans into a steel store and they cut everything to size and I just took home and welded it up, drilled some holes.

I used a Marvel band saw to cut mine.
