Thanks guys. The tire place I bought them from is actually a trailer sales (utility trailers) and they can order most anything, but the True Powers from their distributor, he somehow only had one left, but had two of the Super Lugs in stock, so I went with them.
Grass? What's that? I have about two acres of clover with a smattering of something green around the edges. Fortunately I don't have to make any sharp turns, but when I pull the grader for my 1000' crushed stone drive, the turfs do spin at times when the teeth on the grader really dig into the hard packed areas. Besides, I wanted to change out the original tires so I could put the weight box on for the FEL. Those old tires are cracked on the sidewalls and not much tread left on them. It's time. If I don't like the aggressive SL's, I'll get two less aggressive tires later.
Romeo, I've never had to use the individual brakes in the last five years. The PO, had 4 acres of grass in upper NY that he mowed with this tractor, and he never did either.
