Is there any way to rebuild a cylinder from a 54" Deere blade?

There is a guy here on WFM, I can't remember his name but he can take your cylinder can cut it open replace the seals and weld it back. Maybe someone can remember who that was.

A good machine shop can do it. I had one done once, lasted a couple of years, then started leaking again. ~~ Lowell
