hey all, I know its an old subject but im looking for some pointers/tips on repairing the front edge of my 140 hood. The hood is actually in great shape with the exception of the usual broken front edge. Im new to fiberglass repair, so what is the best way to go, Would a complete kit from an auto parts store have everything i need to do it properly? How do i go about keeping the correct shape on the angled front edge? Do i need to build a mold, and how? I know...a lot of questions, but any tips or advice or steps i need to know about would be greatly appreciated. I used the search function, and got some results but i would like to see if i can pick up anything else that i didnt find in the archives. Once again, thanks in advance for any help!
