Hi all... just got a 68 140 H-3 and I'm wondering about front wheels and tires for this tractor. I have 23'' bar tires on the rear and was wanting 3 rib and 5 ribs tires on the front. what size wheels , what wheels from machines will fit and where can I find tires for my machine? Super excited about this restoration, as my grandpa bought this tractor new and it was the first tractor I learned to drive. Thanks in advance, Steve

I'm guessing that they would be the same size as my 110,16x650x8,tri ribs are nicer in my opinion but any tire will do.For you in the States,I hear Miller Tire(look at top of page)has good deals and breaks for WFM members.
Welcome to WFM Steve,I hope the resto goes well, and we will be expecting lots of pics!

Miller tire MIGHT give a small discount or reduced shipping.

their prices are usually fair and sometimes they have sales on items

Because the early 140s have 3/4 inch spindles you are kind of limited to the 16x6.5. Unlike the tractors with 1 inch spindles which allow for fatter tires.
We widened a set of rims and put 18x8.5 V61s on a '69 140. The rims have to be widened to the outside to keep them from hitting the frame.
