That 790 is sweeeet! I’ve been looking at the 4wd class scut’s and cut’s. Lots of easy ways to spend money 🤣

New seat would probably help sell tractor.

I had intended on installing a new seat selling it for $1200 with 33 tiller with extension and 54” 4way snow plow and the 46" rebuild mower seen in that pic up ^ there.

Last weekend some guy saw me tilling my side yard on the 316 with hydro 30 tiller and asked of I had one for sale. I showed him the 317 and I said $1200. He said he’d give me $1000 after asking if I’d take $800 for the package deal on the 317.

Am I asking enough at $1200 or not enough for the 317 3 piece package deal? Tractor starts right up, purs like a kitten and the deck sounds good with all new bearings.

A four way 54 plow is 600$ in fair condition. The tiller pto goes for 300, the tiller 2-600 the 317 8-1500$ with deck. I think your price is very reasonable. The market out here this year is just plain bad though. But it’s not like a house where you have to sell it. JD equipment does not go bad or down in value.

So if I put a new seat on it then I would be ok to ask $1500?

Granted we don't get much snow so the plow is not really needed by many here in the area I live but there are parts that get snow.

I can't tell you how many times I have thought about loading up the trailer and taking a road trip and selling the 3x plows along the way but then it would feel more like work than a vacation :/

The guy wants it for his property way down in a country in south america, El Salvador I think.

Here it is running with seat dafety bypassed and mower running. I know, I know, I know not safe. Do the belts normally flap around this much? Sorry for the poor video.

It's headed south...duct tape and sell for $1350.

I already agreed to $1k, but I think I'm gonna keep the battery though It already feels like i'm giving it away.

Other thing is it’s an easy sale and honestly I need the space. $1500 would be great but I’m not sweating the money.

Good morning guys. Looks to be a very nice weekend shaping up. Was hoping to rewire a 318 that has toggle ignition and push button start but my better half wants to go yard sailing and it’s Mother’s Day weekend so,… I guess I’ll drive and hobble around to look at baby clothes and weird dishes! 🤣🤣

Right! It’s funny how long it takes for hours to pile up. I’m on my 420/44 constantly and between the last oil change last fall and now I’ve only put on 30 hrs. 😮 She’s almost at 2900 hrs. Not too bad for the old Onan 👍🏻
