I have purchased a Haban 440H sickle bar mower a good while ago, and just got around to putting it on my John Deere 430. I have both 540 rpm and 2000 rpm driveshaft with the mower, but realized I didn't get the other pulley for 2000 rpm set up. Could anyone help me out with pulley dimensions, or would anyone have a pulley I could buy? Any and all help is appreciated. Also is there anything else I need to do when converting it to 2000 rpm? Thanks

When I had my Haban 420W, Erwin Haban was a member at that site and was an incredible resource

The pic above is the main pulley that replaces the other two when needing 540 RPM PTO speed.

The below pics are for the 2000 RPM PTO.

The dimensions of the two pulleys is:

Main Drive (left) is 3.25 to 3-3/8" diameter (edge to edge), the belt area is 1" from outer lip to outer lip.

Idler Pulley (right) is 3.25" diameter (edge to edge), the belt area is 1-3/16 " from outer lip to outer lip.

They run approximately 1,000 strokes per minute so the ratio is 2 to 1 for the 2,000 PTO.

Is there any chance you have the belt length for the 2000rpm set up? If not no big deal I can figure that out.

Material is Kevlar
Top width is 1/2"
Length is 60.5"

From the manual the V-belt numbers are 13203 and 13223, which did not cross over to anything hence the measurement by string, which I could not find my ball of string so I had to go out and purchase that.

No problem on the delay. I greatly appreciate you taking the time to help me out on this.

Those measurements were on the outside of the belt, which corresponds to the measuring charts. So that puts the belt between a 58 and 59 on the standard V-Belt guides.
EDIT: Additional information as of 06/26-2022 below
Did get a chart showing that the belt width should be 5/8" and the cross section is B
