Hydraulic cylinder rebuild options?

I know there was a guy named Alan that was rebuilding the welded cylinders but i have not been able to get ahold of him. Does anybody know of someone that can rebuild the cylinders? I need a steering cylinder rebuilt on my 425 i will post it over there as well.
