What motor is in it? From what I can find, the '70 110 had Kohler and the '70 112 had Tecumseh's so that may help identify.
That T0655 type code is puzzling as noted.

I haven't been able to confirm it, but the T0655 type code might be a patio. I do see a couple traces of white paint in the first picture. I do agree it is a 1969 model.

Forgot they did, but that was only on the '70 + '71 models.

'69s did not break out patios from yellow and green GTs.
So it is a '70 112 patio.

69 not 70? Also one small thing should the amp gauge kinda bounce around or be steady at idle to mid speed

It should be steady. Might be a loose connection
