Hi, this is my first post on here. I was wondering if anyone has any idea of how to go about custom making a 3 point for a 140. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

Welcome to WFM. This place is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to John Deere lawn mowers and garden tractors. Here is a link to another thread about the same topic. It is for a 317 but the 140 and 317 used the same 3 pt so this should get you headed in the right direction.

Its similar to the original hitch but almost nothing is the same dimension.

Thanks a bunch. I made up the arms to the same size of a dyi kit, and i was planning on using the holes in the frame as a mounting point for the arms. It would look similar to how a Sears SS12 hitch would look.
