Dan, good luck, that is a very rare and hard part to find and is no longer produced. Just keep your eyes open and check with some local mower salvage yards.

That setup was not proprietary for Deere. Look around on E-bay for Tecumseh engine parts, magnetos and charge coils. I also sent you some pictures via e - mail.
