I have a nice 1970 JD70 garden tractor . And I need help with the peerless1206 transaxle. I have it apart and find that the axles where the needle bearing rode are pretty badly worn. The shaft itself is obsolete and I am wondering if the group thinks it is worthwhile to have them welded and milled. I don,t plan on keeping it and am cautiously working on rebuilding the transaxle so I am going to need new bearings and seals. Any advice would be readily accepted. Thanks John

John ,it can be done ,but your looking at $$$ .so you might want to place a add in the wanted ,on this site for the parts you need .David
