Front mount in progress used 5/8 bolts for the lower pins so I can lock it down when it's mounted

just tacked together to make sure it fit was not an easy thing to measure for the pins

If you are going to all the work of building a loader here is my advice. Build a standard loader with 2 boom arms and dual hydraulic cylinders lifting the load. Its hard enough for a little loader to lift the weight, but to put all that weight way out there in front of you on a single arm just seems unsafe for one thing. The standard loader will cost a few bucks more but at the end of the project you will have a loader that looks and works great.

Thanks Al but I have already built the front frame and in the process of sizing the cylinders. This tractor has many duties mow all summer, leaf pickup with track-vac type setup, plowing snow. The purpose of the loader is quick mount and removal mostly for mulch, firewood, and loading the massive amounts of leaves in a dump trailer.

Keith sorry finding the time to just finish this one has been tough can't commit to anything else right now. I did see on this forum someone else that had built a few like this. Try the search option, I did ask him question and didn't get a reply. Thanks for the complement

Jeff what kind of weights are those? They look like work out machine weights. How much weight is that?

Anyway the loader looks awesome! Have you tested to see how much it can lift?
