Have recently acquired a 1992 LX188 lawn tractor. Seems to be in good condition other than it has been sitting for a while. It will start if primed, but does not keep running. Would like to release the trans axle so it would roll, but lever or knob seems to be missing at rear of machine. Does anyone have a service manual that would cover this and similar repair issues for one this old?

Thanks Chucky! I will need to put my reading glasses on for all these pages.....
Is the release rod called "free wheel linkage"?

I included a photo of the back of this machine. I am thinking some pieces are missing? Any chance of seeing a photo of what should be there?
