Need to get new carb or full kit for JD-70- where ?

Just took my old JD 70 and started to try and get it going again and found that the air-cleaner fell off and the carb filled with water.
It seems to be TOAST and was wondering where to find another one. New if possible. If not then a full kit including a new float and maybe bowl if I am able to resurrect it. Any suggestions ? Thanks.........Ed.

I get all my carb kits from NAPA. not sure if you can still get a new carb so u may need to get yours clean really good or fine a good used one.
