Has anybody tried out the new Redlandhill 3 point hitch that attaches to the non 3 point rockshaft? I'm looking into getting a 3 point hitch for my 420 and am trying to decide which company makes a better hitch.

Go with A Ruegg Hitch and you will be better off and the quality is great.

Stay away from the Redlandhill hitch and on eBay there more expensive than the Ruegg hitch anyhow

Look up Item # 321490553263 on eBay thats the Ruegg hitch

Ditto to what Gary said. I have a Redlandhill (I ended up with it NIB with a 318 I purchased....) It's OK but I prefer the OEM and Ruegg hitches more.

One thing I have observed on my 318 is the Redlandhill design allows the rock shaft set up to sag over time. Meaning you have to keep tightening bolts.

If you do a search for "Redlandhill" you will see several threads with lots of unhappy folks.

By far, Reugg. No question, even if the Reugg was more expensive, which its not apparently.

Looks like Todd has the Ruegg Cat 1 limited hitch on his 332.

Be careful using Cat 1 limited tools I have already fixed one 318 that a guy used a 72" back blade on and broke the frame. He was pushing snow piles back after they froze and ramming them to push them back wasn't a good idea. Just because you can lift it doesn't mean you should use it.

I have a 3pt. hitch with tiller lift ears on my 330. It came with the tractor, and is missing the center lift link. I assume it's the Deere version.

I'd planned to go to Ruegg to get a new lift link. However, I see discussion of a Cat 0/1 setup, which I'd like to have. Is this possible, and what parts would I need?

Hank I think you would need new lift arms. I would like to do the same thing. You can usually get the same center link at any farm store. It is just a standard center link. The short one is usually $16-20 here in the midwest.
