I am in the process of restoring my 64 110 and have been working on electrical wiring issues. I noticed that my tractor had the neutral safety switch (which was bypassed) my tractor didn't have the main engine shield so I didn't have the PTO safety switch. The throw out assembly does not have the angled piece that engages the switch but it does have the mule drive. My question is how do I know if my tractor had a mower deck added or not. I want to put the PTO switch back on and get a deck for it. I notice Cole Hersee still makes the original switches.

Was it bolted or riveted? I have seen some with rivets. Did that occur on later models?

All on mine my 1963 through 1967 110es were bolted with small screws with nuts and lock washer toward the backside.

Ok, thanks Mitchell., sounds like they just took the switch off when it stopped working and probably threw it away then. Nice looking tractor by the way. Hope mine turns out that good.
