It is not completely plug and play. I did a M8 into a 208 that had a K181 in it from the factory. The starters are completey different and do not interchange. It can be modified to fit though. The ignition systems are also completey different and also require changes. The K241 uses point and the M12 is electronic. This requires different ignition switchs or you will burn up the electronic ignition. You may have to change oil pans and depending on year you may need to change mounting to using the cradle type used on early 200s. This then could also require changing the PTO engahement linkages. There is more I am forgetting but it was a nice tractor when it was done and is still owned by one of our members. Roger
