Not sure if this is where to post this or not. I have an RX95 rear engine rider. Engine runs fine but if I engage the deck it kills the engine. If I put in gear it kills the engine. I have a new seat switch. I can jump the tranny switch and it will go but if you engage the deck it kills the engine. Not sure if I am missing something simple or what. I have looked around for a wiring diagram with no luck. I have checked the switchs and all seem to work. There is some sort of little relay switch but its unclear to me what it is supposed to do so I realy don't know how to check it. Any help or advice will be appreciated

Sounds like you have a safety interlock problem with the way the ignition is being inhibited when you try to engage the deck... Here is what little wiring information I have from a similar unit:

That wiring diagram solves my problem I think. My new seat switch is just the opposite of the diagram. My switch is open until you sit on the seat and it closes. My old switch would not stay in the mount so I got a new one. Suppose to be for a rx95 but apparently not. Thanks for the help I can quit scratching my head now.

What is the torque specs for the three bolts for the electric pto? I looked in a manual but can only find info for the manual pto's. Thanks

Does the manual have a chart showing just torque by bolt size? Many do.

Ryan what 3 bolts. If you are talking about the 3 clearance bolt those are just adjusted to the correct clearance. Roger

Yes the clearance bolts. The ones with the small springs on them.

You don't torque those bolts. Try a search for air gap adjustment.

From what I found it should be gapped at .016" Where do I measure this with the feeler gauge?

There are slots in the side of the housing. Stick the feeler gauge in each slot and figure out which bolt needs to loosen or tighten - the air gap needs to be even around the clutch.

That is middle of spec. It is 12 to 14 thou air gap.
