That is a 46" deck for a Sabre model 1646.

Looks like it is missing a couple parts !!

It looks quite like this deck from an STX46 Deere, also.

I do believe one could use one of these to re-make a model #47 or #48 deck. Have to be handy with a whiz wheel, grinder, and welder and have an original deck for measurements and parts.
