need to replace kohler model k341 16hp.engine where do I find new one?

These are non-current Kohler engines, so the short answer is "you don't".

Now, if you search online, there are places which sell short blocks that have been refurbished. Some of these come up from time to time on eBay. You may also find a used K341 there, that is better off than yours.

Otherwise, you can swap the K341 for an entirely different engine type (probably a Briggs Vanguard or similar).
