Round Fender 540 PTO

I just recently acquired a front mount 540 PTO for my '67 110. Can someone tell me how this attaches to the draft plate? Do I need to drill holes or does it have a special draft plate that I need? If someone has some photos that would be helpful as well. I am also looking for photos of the belt pulley that is needed on the engine to run this.

This video isn't very long but it does show the PTO working and mounted. It looks like it is just bolted to the top of the mower draft plate. Roger
